Do not arrive ten minutes. Also, do not try to call to notify them you are going to be late. They will not answer the phone. I arrived at an empty office, except for the person sitting at the front desk all alone, yet my calls went unanswered. I am unfamiliar with the area/office. I had to pay for onstreet parking. Three flights of steps later. I arrived exactly 10 minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule. Empty office, back full of laughter & jokes, no patience in the receiving room. And yet told I had to reschedule. Horrible place! I hope no one ever visits this place and receives the same treatment.

I had decent experiences at this location until last Friday. I regrettably agreed to have the medical student under Dr. Kanabars care to observe the appt as she was learning. It was the worst decision. Had a horrific and traumatizing experience. I called as soon as I left to provide feedback to the doctor but was unable to speak to anyone but the RN (who was fabulous). However, I dont even know if the feedback was shared with the doctor since I never got a phone call back as the RN said I most likely would. The front desk personnel that was present Friday afternoon was also very rude. I did not receive an opportunity to conduct a survey, so I am forced to leave a high-level overview of my feedback here. Rescheduled all my appts at another location. Will not be coming back here ever again.

I just switched locations to this location and I couldnt be more happy! The ladies behind the counter are adorable and so kind and care about the cleanliness of the hospital for all patients . Immediately wiped things down after use and also initiate conversations with the patients waiting. My nurse is absolutely so sweet and understanding and without judgement and offered up all the help I could possibly want. They make sure you have the support you need and all the facts upfront so there are no surprises. This is my first pregnancy and I have absolutely no worries delivering with their practice . My baby is their first priority and so am I & that's all I could ask for!!! If you want to feel like family and want the security this is the place to go!
