        This place is now closed and Primo Hoagies is set to move in, which makes complete sense because of the former business practices of the former gallery owner. They had great art, but when I was making a private deal with an artist and saw that Monsoon had the painting for sale on its website for several hundred dollars less, I purchased it on the website, I thought. But the entire deal fell through because of contracts with the artist, which I assign to false advertising. Silver lining is I was able to buy that same painting for an even better price through the artist's "fire" sale.
