I had THE BEST experience at Wallace Bethel Park Flowers. I live in Ohio and was in town visiting family. I walked into the shop to purchase flowers for my aunt who was in the hospital 45 minutes away. I didnt call in advance and was pressed for time. When I arrived, a person warmly greeted me within seconds and offered to create a floral arrangement for me on the spot. She stopped what she was doing and created an absolutely beautiful arrangement, at a very reasonable price, and I was out the door within 10-15 minutes. I should mention that it was the Saturday before Easter and they were all clearly very busy. Incredible customer service! Adding to the experience, was their thoughtfulness. When I was struggling to place the arrangement in my vehicle without damaging the bouquet, another person from the flower shop noticed and offered to assisted me. He carefully and securely placed the vase of flowers in my vehicle and off I went. Everyone was so nice, so helpful and so kind. What a terrific experience! Thank you!
