    Only issue is the unresponsiveness to our washer issues. For the three yrs living here weve never had a washer work for more than 3 months and its just pushed aside (like currently). For the money spent here youd think theyd be on it and have good appliances.

    I have lived here for 3 years. I have found the maintenance staff and property management to be very professional and helpful. I have and would recommend family and friends to move here

    I would not recommend that anyone move here. My experience has been terrible. They dont care about the safety of their tenants nor do they care about keeping the property well maintained and clean. Having lived at a property that was managed by JCM Living prior to moving here, I can tell you that the difference is night and day. Nothing works properly here and the people who manage the property do not care. They use a 30 gallon water heater for a 3 bedroom townhouse and you will never have enough hot water for a shower. The property is not well landscaped and maintained like they promised. There is garbage everywhere. My patio door was not working when I moved here and they took MONTHS to fix it even though it should have been fixed BEFORE I even moved in. The carpets are dingy looking and you can tell they dont paint before you move in. They will close your work orders out without even calling you or addressing issues. Also, they promise a fire place in your townhouse but then theres no fire place when you move in. The rent here is certainly not cheap so you never expect to get this kind of service when you move in. I would advise anyone looking for a place to rent to look elsewhere. I should have moved to Middletown Trace!!!! Update: dont believe the owners response. They still havent reached out to me even though they marked my issue with the lack of hot water as urgent. Its been over a month and no one has called me about it. 2nd update. Theyve yet to call or come here even though they entered this maintenance request as urgent and the rep who took the call acknowledge how important it is to address this issue especially since Ive raised this concern before and they closed the request out without even coming to fix the issue. In my opinion, they wont fix it because they are cheap. I feel they dont want to spend money on installing the appropriate sized water heater for a 3 bedroom townhouse. I feel will prefer to keep the 30 gallon water heater that they say they use for every unit instead of doing things the right way and using a water heater that is large enough for a 3 bedroom unit. Im not surprised that they have no interest in fixing this because they put bandaids on everything here instead of actually fixing the issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Update 3/16/2024: Spoke with Tracey at 12:57 pm on 2/28/2024. I asked why they keep closing out the request without addressing it and why they havent even called. She placed me on hold and said shed be back with me. She said that she would have the new maintenance supervisor call me to schedule an appointment to come see what is happening. She said she sees my maintenance request from February 1st and that the issue would be addressed. Ive yet to receive a phone call about this and its March 16th already. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. 4/4/2024 Update. Yet again, they fail. They left a note in my mailbox that said they were coming for maintenance today. I made sure someone was home to discuss the issue with the insufficient hot water which still hasnt been addressed and the maintenance people told the person at my house that I need to put a work order in. The maintenance people were advised that the work order is already in and open and they said they have to ask Tracey about it. You just cant make this stuff up. Move here if you want to, but dont say you werent warned.

    If you are contemplating moving into these townhomes, do not. Do yourself a favor and take a look at the pictures that management allowed me and my one year old baby to move into. Mold in three different spots, clumps of black cat hair, cat litter in bathroom closet, stick on fingernails/fake eyelashes from previous tenant, thumb tacks all over carpet, stains on the carpet, flooring coming up right by the front door, unknown substances in fridge & dishwasher. Overall dirty and unsafe to live in with the mold. Management refuses to even send cleaner out to unit. Find somewhere cleaner to live with your money.

    Great place to live, helpful staff, great location and the townhome is spacious! Love that all my neighbors are friendly and that my daughter has made a ton of friends in the community! My husband just renewed our lease for another year!
