        Not sure what kind of operation is being ran here, but be very cautious. Unbeknownst to me, they think they are wizards. This company is telling me I don't use my cpap machine, when I do! They needed a number on my machine, so I sent a picture. My machine is kept in the bag when I'm not using it, they want to know why. And they want to know why it's not plugged in 24/7 (didn't know they paid my electric bill) And I'm going to be billed for equipment??? I'll kindly return the equipment and called my insurance company too. WARNING STAY AWAY!!

        This place sucks its always something with them. Now its a delivery charge that at one point they didnt have. Took them a week to tell me my bipap supplies were ready. I hate them they didn't want to exchange a old bipap i had for almost 7 yrs. Gave me the same one it died the same night. Need to find one that takes my insurance so i dont have to bother with them ..

        This company deserves no stars. Return calls are never made. Every month its a different policy in place. They do not care if your child have oxygen or not. They only worry about a delivery fee. Took them three days to get things situated. Horrible company
