Holy Redeemer Family Medicine

My rating is for holy redeemer as a whole. Its a shame no one can be on the same page and instead waste peoples time especially while pregnant. Have been to 2 different locations for ultra sounds and nothing but issues at both appointments.

Getting lab work here is abalsolutely terrible. I was told I could go any time during business hours, got there, family practice never sent the script over. Then, after waiting an hour, they tell me they don't do my test on Fridays despite the day before telling me they did when I asked. Worst management ever.

Set up as provider several weeks ago for my niece. Transferred all records immediately. Called to make an appointment for my niece, who has a sore throat and was told their first available appointment for a new patient is April and advised me to take her to urgent care. Just curious what kind of family doctors advise their patients to goto Urgent Care instead of getting them an appointment?
