Community Recycling

If I could give zero stars I would have. Our school sent in over 500 pounds of shoes and received $0. They have not returned phone calls or emails. I am very disappointed in that they have stolen from children and don't care to repair what they have done. We have started working with Funds2orgs and have received wonderful and quick customer service. Update: They called within hours of me posting this review, apologized, and promised to send us a check in the mail. And so, 3 months later, we have been paid. Woohoo! My students appreciate having all of their hard work being rewarded.

Like many others we were very happy with this company in the beginning but we have shipped several boxes in the last months and have not been paid as well. Our nonprofit senior citizen volunteers collected hundreds of pounds of shoes and we have made many attempts to reach someone to find out what is going on but no one has gotten back with us. I find it sad that a company that claims to help organizations does not do what they are supposed to do!

We have shipped numerous boxes with no response and no received funds. I have also requested more labels, again to no avail. I reached out via phone and email, both to the general support address as well as Samantha who is allegedly the Director of Community Engagement. Upon reading other reviews, this seems to be a common sentiment and I will be moving on to work with Funds2Orgs. This is extremely unprofessional and I am thoroughly disappointed

We sent 5 boxes of nice shoes to them and they also are not responding to our emails. We were raising funds for our softball team. It took a lot of work to collect the shoes. We were just free labor for their profit.
