I wouldn't recommend this day care to my worst enemy!!! Susan is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL & very rude! My twins started going there in july & when my daughter had a 102 fever the day after her & her brother had their round of shots, they didn't feel as tho it was important enough to leave me a message saying she had a high fever so i could come pick her up!! Instead, i found out 2 & a half hours later when i picked them both up after work, & inwas told that she had the fever for quite some time! So after that incident, they started treating my babies even more poorly. When i would pick them up, their diapers were saturated as if they hadn't been changed in hours! Also, my babies were being put in a swing in a corner by THEMSELVES & were being neglected! The last incident that happened right before i took them out of that day care was that their teacher had only changed their diapers 2 TIMES in 7 & a half HOURS!!!! Who TF does that?!! That's child abuse!! When i confronted Susan about the situation, she proceeded to tell me that i was liar! They're unprofessional, un-caring, rude, disrespectful & neglectful!

My daughter used this center to care for my grandson and experienced the most unprofessional interactions with an employee, not once but twice and in front of other children and adults who were just as shocked and outraged as I am. I wouldn't recommend this facility to anyone unless or until they consider a higher quality of staffing.
