Prime med. The worst doc. Office. Please people do not go there or will be sorry . I have no legs and cronic pain and the doctor there will not help me. Some day i hope she the doc. Some day goes through what I am going through and she what it is like. They are pathetic and should be ashamed of themselves.never will i go back there.

Would give them a 0 star if I could. Absolutely awful and rude. They cancelled my appointment and didnt tell me. Made it all the way to the parking lot before I knew. Then they claimed that I was the one who cancelled my own appointment just to complain. Awful people.

Im very sick. I have 2 negative Covid tests and they will not see me in the office. They told me to go to the ER (which are already overwhelmed with a 5-6 hour wait) to have someone listen to my lungs bc they wont bring me in the office. So they would rather me go to the er be around possible Covid positive patients and overwhelm them even more bc they arent willing to do their job. What are they there for?

This group, doesn't even deserve 1 star. They are rude, they don't listen to you, they admit you to the hospital and have procedures and testing done on you, under THEIR service, yet they don't fill out the fmla paperwork for it. Even knowing that a person whom they treated for many years is about to lose their job because of 3 hospital stays and many surgeries and procedures, (3 strikes you're terminated)...they refuse to fill out the appropriate paperwork for fmla to cover those days, so I don't lose my job. Do yourself a favor and find another PCP.
