I Purchased 2 arrangements of 12 roses in vases at $85 apiece, both arrangements wilted on the 2nd day, the greenery that surrounded the roses also wilted and were turning brown/black. It tells me the Roses were not fresh and that they were in the store fridge for a long time and I was charged Valentines Day prices for old roses that were in their fridge for a long period. The roses were for an anniversary and a thank you for an elderly lady not even for a Valentine! I was extremely disappointed and so were the recipients of the arrangements. I will not be going there again.The Roses were in better shape at Giant in Wind Gap and Weis off Blue Valley Drive.

Ordered flowers for someone's birthday for sameday delivery. Was told would be there by 1pm. 2 hours later and nothing. And now they are closed. No email conformation no nothing. Had to tell her to check outside. Not to mention I was told they were $39.99 and checked my cc and was charged $74.

I ordered easter arrangements from this florist and was absolutely thrilled to have them. They're still going 2 weeks later, and will be ordering more from them each holiday.

Second time ordering flowers for delivery and will be my last. The flowers were left on recipient's porch, no knock, no nothing, just left there. Phoned recipient at 5ish, who had been home all day, to inform her she should have rec'd a delivery. She then went searching and found them on her porch. She sent a photo which looked NOTHING like the upgraded, beautiful flower explosion of an arrangement that was paid for. When my husband phoned the business the next day, the woman he spoke to had multiple excuses but no offer of replacing the arrangement, no apology... COVID, she said, we leave flowers outside all the time, limited variety, shortages, etc. The website states flowers may be substituted, not omitted completely! What was offered was a small credit. Unfortunately, that does nothing to remedy the issue after the fact since the special occasion has ended and you fell short.
