I recently used Global building inspections and I must say that they did a great job, Im really impressed, moving into a new home is always tooth grinding not knowing what to expect ,if the seller just patch up the house just to get it to sell , then after you move in everything that can go wrong goes wrong ,so for me using global building inspection is a BIG PLUS ,they were 20 min early, they were professional ,accurate ,and very precise , I really like the way they detailed things and make sure everything is up to par , honestly from 1-10 I surely without hesitation give them a 10 , I definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a piece of mind moving into a newly bought home, theyre good, and the information they give you to take care of your house after you move in how to care for it and what to look out for is really informative, thank you GBI I really appreciate your work thank you.
