Place is not what it use to be. Has gone down hill over the years with the frequent staff changes. Dr. Sani is a disrespectful arrogant person. I've long suspect his tactics to upsell services and procedures, usually opting for the most expensive route. This was the family dentist for over 20 yrs but now I just cannot justify continuing using this practice.

Dr Sani lied and said braces werent covered to get my money I find out a year later it was covered and he never submitted the claim to my insurance! Hes nasty even if youve been a customer for years and is willing to talk at women and tell them shoo instead of asking whats wrong to rectify a situation because Angel the office manager (who gets nasty with late patients and has an idgaf attitude) often says people owe amounts they do not. They have a high turnover even for employees. The only 2 standing are always Sani and Angel. All in all the office will try to work you over and get every coin out of you they can. BEWARE!

Shame on you! Banning a patient/child for missing her first appointment due to illness in the middle of a pandemic. Such a disappointment.
