        We needed a contractor to get us warrantied parts for some of our windows from the manufacturer. I called Mr. Bruni and he kindly handled this for us. We had never used his company before but he helped us nontheless. He had the parts shipped to him and arranged a time for us to pick them up. It's refreshing to have someone do something knowing they aren't going to make any money, yet they do it just to be helpful. Rare in today's society.
