        I have never even used this company, but just received a voicemail where they told me my first and last name and said my Anthem insurance was no longer active so I had to call to give them my updated insurance information. Ive never even had anthem before. Based on this experience and all the other horrible reviews, I can tell you to stay far, far away from this unethical, scammy company. Why they are even still able to be in business is beyond me.

        Lets just say this is the worst place EVER!!!! I had a relative who passed away and they were with this company so they needed the oxygen equipment back and they never came. Every time you make an appointment they cant give you a time or a dispatcher. When you make an appointment they never show up or show up late and you cant meet them so when they reschedule you, THEY STILL DONT SHOW UP!!!!!! Their communication is unprofessional and some of the workers I spoke with sound like genuine apologetic people but, no matter how many times they apologize, actions speak louder than words. This place needs 0 stars. I dont recommended this company at all.

        I have been trying to get my daughters formula since Feb 20. Since Feb 20th Ive been told someone will call me back. On Monday WHEN I CALLED I was told her order would arrive in 2-3 days. now the staff doesnt have access to tracking numbers and its on back order, but someone will call me back. Board of Insurance is going to have a field day.
