David took me through every step of the process and I’m happy to say my house is remodeled and rented again for more rent that I had charged in the past - with a quality tenant!

Mr. Watkins removed mold from my basement, his prices were better for mold removal then other companies I contacted. His crew was very courteous and professional, I would highly recommend him for mold removal and all property maintenance needs.

I can't Thank Watkins Property Management enough. I 've been looking for someone to do lawn services with a lot of run around just to get a quote One call and they were here. They were prompt professional & gave me a more then reasonable quote. I am now a Happy customer & would recommend them to my friends & family .!!

I have been renting a home that is run by Watkins Property Mgmt and I can't say enough about how happy I am with their service. I have zero complaints Dave Watkins is the person I deal with when it comes to anything going on with the home. He responds fast and gives the accurate information you are looking for. I have also had a few maintenance requests and he has come out each time very quickly. Dave goes above and beyond for his clients!
