So after having some initial issues and grievances upon move out, Mr Martindale was extremely efficient in resolving our issues and handled everything very courteously and professionally and was able to resolve our issue. The office staff followed up and we are now satisfied and will recommend this property group for future rentals.

the third day after we moved in, we got a bad flood of DIRTY water that soaked several rugs, destroyed some items, and took loads of cleaning supplies to clean. this weekend, we got another flood which was even worse than the first. today, contractors came to fix the issue at 9:30. I came home from work to see this. not only did nproperties ignore our emails when we asked for financial compensation, they also did not inform us of the depth of this issue. look how much work they had to do! obviously this flooding issue has been going on for years and they never fixed it! do NOT rent from these people.

Probably one of the worst property groups I have ever rented from. I had multiple Maintance issues and not a single issue was fixed even after filing numerous requests. Not only did they fail to provide necessary and mandatory items, like a fire extinguisher but they charged me for the lack of one even though we were never given one in the first place.
