        Have been taking my dog Sasha to Kim for about a year now. Sasha actually pulls me into the salon, and gets very excited when she sees Kim. She comes back beautifully clipped and bathed. Have only good things for the way they treat her and groom her. Highly recommend them.

        I wanted to give this place a five star but it would have made this look like a fake review. Unleashed are very friendly I take my Guiena pig in to cut her nails and they are very helpful, patience and friendly with my piggy :) best place to go with your pet!!!

        Showed up during business hours: CLOSED, lights out, no "be back in... note". Come on guys, you running a business or what? Really like the DIY bath service but it doesn't do me any good if you are not open. This obviously isn't an isolated incident as there are similar complaints.
