I visited the WSFS Bank branch in Ardmore (on 6/20/23) at around 10:30 in the morning. I approached a male teller with a few dollars worth of wrapped coins and asked to exchange them for cash. The male bank teller refused to take my wrapped coins because I don't have an account with WSFS. If this is even truly a "policy" and not simply a brush off - it's pretty ridiculous. This is the first bank I've dealt with that's refused to accept rolled change because I don't have an account with them. What does it matter? My wrapped/rolled coins are still "money" either way. After being dismissed here, I went to a nearby PNC Bank. PNC Bank was more than happy to do the exchange for me without question. Not a good experience here; the interaction left me with a poor impression and bad feeling. I will probably not consider WSFS for business in the future.

Met with Karen Pilla this afternoon, unannounced, and she immediately recognized the urgency in my voice. Without hesitation, Karen met me at the door and allowed me entrance.
She promptly led me directly to her desk where she exhibited her competent professionalism and assisted me and my needs with utmost proficiency.
On top of that, Karen is surely an enjoyable and likable Universal Banker (III) ... and I found this about her from the get-go.
I am so happy to have her at the Ardmore Branch, as that is my new branch since a recent move.
Karen, in a word: Supreme, and I will continue to show my appreciation to her.
Thank you, BMT. You most certainly have a winning player on your team.

Branch manager is extremely rude and agressive. I recommend replacing with someone that is more in tune with customer service.
Definitely would not consider coming here. Not the service I would expect along the main line.
Would give 0 stars if allowed.
