        No room for growth. I worked there for three years with no raise. Diane the big boss there fired me because they couldn't afford to keep me on the payroll, so they used the car accident as a scape goat. I was sitting in the car parked when I was hit. I told Freddie in human resource that she was wrong to terminate me but she said she was told to do that. I never ever had a write up ever and would come in on my days off to work. I had a good report with everyone there and all of my annual reviews were excellent. When one of the crazy staff tried to run me over for no reason and I didn't even know her, they did not fire her. She was fired only after she punched one of the kids in their face, injuring her nose and that child's mother threatened to sue them.
