        I ordered flowers on Wednesday morning for UPMC same day delivery. Thursday afternoon at 3 they have not been delivered. I have called twice and they are not very responsive. I upgraded the bouquet. Bought them yesterday for someone to be delivered. The florist advertised same day delivery. Called this morning, they assured before lunch. 30 hours later they told me they were being worked on. Will find another florist. They may have gotten 2 stars, but have not seen flowers yet.
