Very highly recommended. I had a lot of obstacles with both buying and selling my houses but with Larry’s experience and professionalism, he took care of every one of them-even if that meant that he stayed up past midnight to do it. My house sold for 10k over list, and I bought my new house for 11k under list. Couldn’t ask for a better agent!

I had the pleasure of working with Larry Ginsburg over the last 6-months. I'll start by saying Larry comes with 40+ years of experience and is sharp as a tack. He understands the Lehigh Valley market and knows what it takes to close a deal, even in chaotic market trends like we've witnessed post-covid. He effectively leverages technology to streamline each phase of the home-buying process and communicates in a clear and timely manner. Larry fought tenaciously for our interests and patiently explained our options at each step. We were first time home-buyers and he made us feel confident and prepared. We spent 3 hours on the phone one Sunday night negotiating with the sellers to purchase our current home. I don't believe we would have closed the deal without him.
Larry is an exceptional real estate agent and could write a text book with how much knowledge he has.

Not just because he’s my brother, but Mike at Berkshire Hathaway is one of the best realtors in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding area. Extremely detail oriented with excellent follow through and follow up. From start to finish, everything went smooth. I highly recommend Mike for all of your real estate needs.
