If I could give them zero stars I would. The psychologist that my son had been seeing was making some progress with him and my wife. I reluctantly agreed to visit with my son as he saw value in what she had to say. Upon my first visit with him at our scheduled appointment, I was greeted approximately 10 minutes late and told that my appointment was for an hour earlier however, her appointment at the time of my arrival was late and had not shown up yet. Long story short, her appointment showed up and we left as there were no further appointments that day. The very next day we were met with a no show charge on our bank account. Funny since I definitely showed up and there is no way of knowing who made the scheduling error as they hand write appointment times and do not send reminders via text, phone or carrier pigeon. Nevertheless, we reached out to the office manager to give our side of the story. We were told she was out of the office for the week and she would reach out to us the following Wednesday. Wednesday came and went with no call. I have yet to charge my fee for her not reaching out on the agreed upon day. She eventually returned our query into the no show charge via voicemail belittling our situation and offering no assistance with the matter. If these are the type of people that can help you then by all means enlist their services. We will look elsewhere within the broken system that is mental healthcare.

BEWARE! My teen sons issues only worsened after being a patient here because the doctor took up a majority his sessions talking about himself. They insist on masks however the receptionists are always without. Finally, we had to cancel day of for an appointment because my son had Covid symptoms. They informed us we were going to be charged a late cancellation fee despite refusing to see him due to his symptoms. Find a place that actually cares about their patients.
