Dakota was very polite. He explained what was wrong with the drain. He fixed the drain in a short amount of time. Before he left He made sure everything was running smoothly and nothing was backing up from the drain. I'm giving it 4 stars because the price for the job was fair. Other than that their service was excellent!!! I can totally recommend their services. Service: Drain unblocking

Kudos to Jason, he was great! He was on time, friendly, professional and tolerant of my 9 month old puppy who wanted to play. Schuler's is great with calls and texts informing the customer of who is coming and when. Care was taken with my floors and everything was cleaned up and tidy in the basement. Jason explained what he would be doing because some changes needed to be made because of new codes. He also went over the warranty on my new hot water heater and he explained what he was doing. The new water heater is more efficient, which I appreciate, but this is my second Bradford water heater installed by Schuler's in less than 11 years. The first one leaked. Hopefully, better luck with this new one. And, yes, I have always had a water softener. Service: Boiler installation
