I had Legendary Landscaping do my rental property in July 2018. I was quoted a price then they said they under estiminated so we had to pay more. They were to put weed barrier down with stone and sod. By October 2018 weeds over took the yard and rocks barely covered the rim. They also left the sod pallets behind. I called and sent pics but no response.
