I have done travel nursing for over a year, and Allied Resources Medical Staffing is the second agency that I have worked with; they work so hard to support me and get me a fair contract, I couldn't be happier. My previous agency would consistently deduct my pay for "overpaying" me when I didn't get a lunch, and the facility would "lose" my missed punch corrections; I had to keep records of everything, and they still tried to fight with me over it. The recruiters at ARMStaffing are amazing, and I highly recommend them to anyone doing travel; Keith was especially helpful in getting me my first contract, so shoutout to you, homie!

I am a first time traveler and spent many months researching different agencies, when most of the online advice boils down to, "It's not the agency that makes it a good experience, it is the RECRUITER" and that you're kind of at the mercy of whoever you get assigned to. And boy, was I shined down upon when my husband and I got assigned to Kae at ARMS. She has been the most positive, responsive, engaged, informative person through this whole journey we've taken together. She took above and beyond to the next level looking for contracts that matched up for my husband and I as a travel pair. Every day she was on top of the search for jobs, engaging with us like we were actually human beings, and was enthusiastic through the whole process. As a result we painlessly had our first contract secured quicker than I ever believed it would happen. And now our dreams are coming true. It wouldn't have happened without Kae and through getting to know her and becoming familiar with the company culture I am not hesitant to say I believe all the recruiters at ARMS are just as amazing to work with as she has been. As a side note their website and mobile app are beautifully designed and easy to use. 10/10 best agency to work for - I never want to work with anyone other than them- it's time to spread the word!
