United Federal Credit Union - Allentown

I will update when things clear up but as of today I have felt like money that we have in the bank is safer than if we were to have it in cash, I currently dont know that to be true. In the last 8 days, there has been 4 transfers out with a total of $19,700 from my account to a random account. Even with 2FA their system didn't catch it, and the way it seems, the bank isn't taking accountability. I use company because I trust that when things go wrong they will be there for you, i dont think thats the case for Gold at the moment. I will like to be wrong.

I recently had the pleasure of working with MS. CHONDA and MS. IRENE as well, and I must say, they were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, they provided excellent service and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with my experience, and I will definitely be a repeat client to Gold Credit Union!

My experience dealing with Chonda Mashore at this branch has been great! I initially applied to refinance my auto loan, however rates are higher than I expected, even higher than my current term. Instead of pushing my loan application through anyways, Chonda reached out to me and helped me weigh the pros and cons. She also told me about some other financial options that Gold CU offers, one of which I ended up taking advantage of, and she did all the work to help me apply! This was my first time applying to refinance an auto loan and I learned so much! Thank you Chonda for the excellent customer service, communication, and information!

10/10 for the awesome service they provide! Cant say enough about Chonda Mashore. A wonderful rep who goes above and beyond consistently with her customers! I have worked with her off and on for over 5+ years now and I have to say, she is the reason I come back to Gold again and again for my loan needs. Her meticulous attention to detail work ethic is something that is rare to find these days! She goes out of her way to accommodate you, be it quick response, or follow up reminders. She is a fantastic person to work with and I have come to think of her as a friend more than a loan manager. Her charming voice makes you put at ease instantly and you know right away, you are in good hands. Gold leadership - if you havent already, give her a raise pronto! With so many loan companies out there, she puts the star on Gold and makes sure customers like us are well treated and are customers for life with Gold.
