They want you to arrive ten minutes early, to basically sit in the back for over 40 minutes for one screening then its literally a waiting game for the next screening GIVE YOURSELF AT LEAST TWO HOURS plus when scheduling an appointment here they should definitely let you know youll be there a couple hours

The staff that took care of me was Tammy, who did my mammograms, Jessica, who did my ultrasound and Dr. Troy, who read my results were amazing. They were very kind, understanding and very compassionate to my concerns. Thank you so very much for everything and taking great care of me. Sincerely, Carolyn Renner

I usually have a good visit here. The ladies are friendly, however, this time I didn't understand why the technician kept bringing up the general screening instead of a diagnostic mammogram. A diagnostic mammogram was ordered by my oncologist, however, my technician thought it was a screening. I explained I had LCIS years ago, and since I had that, I should always be getting a diagnostic mammogram. She double checked and said, ok, it's diagnostic and that I can wait for results. After I waited, she came out and told me everything is fine, she said next time you only need a screening. I'm thinking she's not a doctor, so how can she say that? If a diagnostic was ordered, than that is what I should get, not what she thinks or says I should get.. Even I know the difference between the two tests. I think she needs educated on the difference between the tests, esp when someone has had cancer.
