In 13 years I've bought 3 chairs never had a problem until this last chair. A day after I got my chair I called to ask Vince about my tires. Over a month later still no call. Also was playing phone tag with Vince and the build of my chair. Thankfully the size was correct because by the time I talked to someone my chair was already done. Really happy that other man was checking on the build of my old chair to make sure this is what I wanted for my new chair. Wish I knew his name he couldn't of been more helpful.

My wife became immobile, and through their help she was able obtain some freedoms back.Going to store ect.. In process of getting another for different family member

Abet Medical owes us a refund of serious money on a purchase we cancelled on the advice of our UPenn pt staff. UPenn suggested a better a wheelchair and abet denies that we canceled the order. We have records of our phone call to them
Be careful when you deal with them or you are kissing your money goodbye.

This DME supplier is awful. They will say they will call you back but never do. They will not submit anything I need to my insurance because they dont make enough money from it and then all the sudden say my insurance wont approve it and I spoke to my insurance and they will. They just dont want to use insurance because they want all the money they can get. This place is all about the money. I also had a ceiling lift track installed by them and it fell out of the ceiling with me in it, luckily I wasnt far from my wheelchair or it could have killed me.
