        They did a fair job putting up the building but they did not do a great job and explaining the options. Overall I was satisfied when I first went up. Since then I have seen things deteriorate. I called because I was told the building was under warranty against rust at the sale. The pictures below show what I'm talking about. Now they say this part is not under warranty but only the steel panels are. They clain that this aluminum wrap and is not under warranty. Aluminum doesn't rust though so how could it be aluminum? In any case, I had to call three or four times before I got an answer. They never bothered to get back to me after I sent them the photos that they requested.

        Ron was supposed to come back for more detail and measurements 2 weeks ago to be able to complete an estimate for a garage but haven't heard from him.

        Everyone including office staff was awesome! We waited a long time to build our garage and chose Hanover Building Systems for the quality of their work and they did not disappoint. Everyone who sees it is in aww of the craftsmanship. Great experience, and highly recommend. Trust me youll be glad you did. DB

        They built an addition to a Golf Range Building for us at Liberty Forge. Everything was fine. They designed and build the project. Everything was fine except it was done through the Covid period. They worked through the permitting delays, lumber and supplies shortages and everything ended up well done. Thank You Reb, Ron, Rob and Casie....and all their hard working crew. The only reason there wasn't a fifth star given is that I never gave anyone a fifth star!

        I contracted Hanover Buildings System to build a 25' x 50' (shop) pole barn with a 16'x 25' office attached to "shop". From the very beginning, this company was easy to work with and made adjustments to my plans based on budget and county requirements. Their sales rep Ron was the best in the business and I never had a problem getting in touch with him if i had a question or concern. If he didn't answer a call, I received a call back within hours. Once the project was approved and we had a go, Ron did a fantastic job of keeping me updated on project timeline. The team at Hanover Building systems was polite, professional and trustworthy. I Look forward to my next project with them and would recommend using them for your project.

      In regard to Mr. Ramon’s comments about Hanover Building Systems,Inc, his building was sold to him back in 2010, this was 13 years ago.Hanover Building Systems standard building warranty in 5 years onworkmanship, as he stated prior that we did a fair job in doing so. So,him saying we told him it was under warranty was true, for certain timeperiod, not a lifetime. Don’t think you will find too many buildingcompanies that will give a lifetime warranty on their buildings. Thatbeing said, yes, the side steel has a different and longer warranty fromthe manufacturer. The framing around the garage doors is notaluminum and that was our mistake for saying that, it is actually steel.As stated on our warranty, it does not cover damage due to corrosionfrom pollutants or any other exterior causes, such as rain or moisturegetting trapped between weather stripping and fascia trim. Seeattached warranty sheet.
