        Just yesterday I went to get a quote, the girl named Claudia who helped me, there is absolutely nothing friendly about her, she seemed annoyed instead of being happy to have a client with many questions and no details about a quote TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!

        We have been with this office since we 1st moved to Woodburn 40 plus years ago. We had never had any argument with any aspect of their service. This family-ownned business truly put their heart and soul into their business. All aspects of State Farm have been handled with courtesy. They have a right to be proud of their performance! When seeking to do business nowadays, it's sad to say but not everyone has their work ethic.

        I'm sure he's a fine agent but one woman on his staff was cold and sounded as if I was annoying her with my questions. I selected a different state farm agent because of her attitude. Hope she has a better day than when I spoke with her
