Good place to get tires and the best part is you do not have to wait all day like some places. You also have but a short walk to Fred Meyers is you wanted to get some shopping done. To the east is a Lowe's within easy walking distance. These guys are quick so expect your shopping to be cut short.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE About a month ago I went to Good Year over going to Discount Tire for the first time because it was a busy day for me and Good Year is what was the closest to me, that was a mistake!! I took them my wheels and tires to be mounted, balanced, and installed on my truck, my tires are a 35" tire and they said they could mount and balance them, but not put them on my truck because they were "too busy", that almost had me walking away right there but I said what the heck ill just do it myself, no big deal, I guess. After putting them on my truck I knew right away that they were not balanced right, so I called today to make a saturday appointment and the guy that answered the phone, "Nate", told me that he would need my truck there by 8:00 AM and I would be able to pick it up at 5:00 PM... I said ok, thats fine, but I cant do this again because that is my only vehicle, so PLEASE make sure that the tires are balanced correctly this time.. Side note, balancing tires should take no longer than 30-60 minutes, to need my truck for the entire day is ridiculous!! "Nate" then let me know that their machine can only balance tires up to 33" and that I should just go somewhere else that has a bigger machine. WHY WOULD THEY TAKE MY BUSINESS IN THE FIRST PLACE IF THEY CANT EVEN PERFORM THE WORK CORRECTLY?!?! THANKS FOR WASTING MY TIME, GOODYEAR!! Just to clarify, Nate sounded just like the guy i talked to on my original trip in there, and he was the manager, so Nate could have told me about their machines not being able to balance those tires ahead of time. I took my business back to discount tire and they took GREAT care of me, now the truck drives perfect.

The staff at Goodyear are the best. They are friendly, knowledgeable and straight shooters when it comes to automotive service and repair. Would highly recommend them!

I've been coming to this location In Wood Village now for all my vehicles maintenance needs, and have never had not one bad or negative experience. I've read a lot of the reviews regarding this store and I have to laugh at almost all of them. This location is not a FAST LUBE, If you want a 10 min Oil Change then go to Jiffy Lube or Oil Can Henry's that Is a FAST LUBE!!! Goodyear service centers are Full Service facilities that take quality time with your car and do excellent work. The average Oil Change is 45mins to an hour. The reason for this is because Goodyear Is not a FAST LUBE!!!! There's more than enough cry babies on reviews, Goodyear doesn't need them!!

I've recently had my vehicles serviced at this Wood Village location and I have to say that the service was by far the best I've ever had from any automotive service center. Great store, great service!!!
