Edit 8: now they are lying with no evidence and denying our deposit back. These people are slumlord. I'm contacting the BBB. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE Edit 7: they replaced the things I have complained about however I can still hear my neighbors conversations, including deep breathing. Edit 6: thanks for responding 5 weeks later. I've already put requests in through the online portal. You guys have never fixed anything that you said that you would. We asked you to fix our door since it's letting in air from outside and I can physically see light coming in from multiple angles. We asked you to fix our bathroom that has black mold growing in it and you told us no. Edit 5: My neighbors across the street are paying $1,800 and now they're trying to charge us 2565... These people are scam artists. They refuse to fix up your building and they will let you live in poor conditions. They allow mold. They allow weird people walking in and out of the neighborhood. They do not protect you at all. This place is pretty much section 8 housing for $2,200 a month Edit 4: DO NOT!!!! I find it strange how when it snows and gets icey, there is no maintenance done to roads or sidewalks. Our 70 year old neighbor was scared to get her mail. Even though there is a maintenance garage full of de-icer and salts. The list is actually endless. The fact that the walls are so poorly insulated that the heater has to stay on constantly. Or the fact that there is no fan in the bathroom, only a window and since we're on the first floor, they expect us to shower with the window open so that everybody can see our naked bodies. But then also they expect us to keep the window closed so that the pipes don't freeze. Black mold forms due to this. When we told them, they told us to open a window... The list is endless to the number of problems we have in the most expensive condo in Wilsonville.

Scheduled a tour. Office was full of staff but remained closed during posted office hours and completely blew me during the scheduled tour time. They were super rude to me & to eachother in the office. Would not rent from them.

Just moved here mid January 2024. VERY NICE PLACE! The staff (Maintenance & Office Staff) are all remarkable! In my 30+ years of renting in Portland , Fairview Gresham areas, this place is by far the best, beats them all!! I didn't think that such an environment like it is here ever existed. They are SOOOO AWESOME!! THANK YOU "VILLAGE @ MAIN STREET!!!"

The management staff is super friendly and great to work with. The maintenance team is very responsive. We love our apartment and the location is excellent. It's very close to the local schools, shopping, transportation, library and it backs up to a huge beautiful park with a skate park, play equipment, nature walks that parallel the Willamette River, soccer fields, tennis courts, and disc golf course. Everything is within walking distance. The property grounds are beautiful with lots of green space, and trees. It's very peaceful even with I-5 up the street l, it's very quiet. The apartments themselves are spacious and have a great floor plan. I highly recommend renting from Village at Main Street.

Part three! The ice storm hit while we were moving out. We were meant to give our keys on Friday but I honestly hoped the apartment wouldve worked with us as the snow storm has left people without power for 6 days, inches of ice, and ODOT has been recommending to stay off the roads It is not safe. We tried to return our keys yesterday but I ended up falling on the ice and our car sliding. Explaining this situation to them does not matter. Safety overall to this place seems minimal, they don't seem worried for our safety, they just want their keys. I am so over this place and I have felt so ignored for my general safety. I wanted a place to live where my safety was number one. But the main goal here is to get money from people, not to be a comfortable place to live, but to scalpe money from families living there. Don't move here if you have kids. Honestly just don't move here, they are only about money. Part two: if you rent here plan the office to be closed often due to short staffing. Office hasn't been open for the past 3 and half weeks so I can't turn in the paperwork they left on my door. This could have been an email. They have also made changes to the walkway by scraping the dirt away. It's improved the issue, but not solved. We moved in last January and it is now almost another January! My stairs still aren't safe for use, and the siding falling off my balcony is still hanging above my neighbors patio. The landscaping is only worse as we now barely have a walkway due to tree overhanging. This place would be so great to live here if it wasnt mid. The landscaping is terrible. The photo is how our walkway has been since weve moved in. If it rains, the sprinklers will still go. I cant count how many times I have, or my mother has slipped in this. There is a rust bacteria that comes from the grass, its oilly and the smell that comes from it on a warm day is AWFUL. The landscapers they hire are here once a week, and make SO much noise! While also not ever really doing anything? I just wish the landscaping was nice, or at least wasnt just allowing English ivy to grow everywhere. I hate going for walks around the apartment because of the just lame landscaping. The balcony is kinda small, and some are covered. So if you want to grow your own food, you might be screwed. I think it would be really cool there were community garden plots available, or something for those that want to help care for the landscaping. If your someone who cares about the plants around you, then consider elsewhere. I will however say that the people on the maintenance team are very kind and helpful, you can tell they want to do more, but unfortunately the corporate overlords have taken over. The siding of my balcony has been hanging from the wall by an inch for a year now, the maintenance team really tried to get the office to do something. The office people arent super friendly. When we first moved in we had a LONG list of things needing repaired or replaced and the office dude was rude every time we called. I wont even bother calling the office because of how little that dude wants to be on the phone. Very short, and speaks over you! Oh!!! I almost forgot, we informed (in January) the office that we couldnt use the handle on the stairs, due to it not being attached and rotted. It is still that way.
