I was initially impressed with their moving consultant and overall professional approach. However, when it came to delivering our goods, there was missing boxes and delays. Don't believe their "we manage our own trucks so we are more dependable" value pitch. Further, we found that not all the boxes were delivered but Graebel basically said "too bad" even when we had insurance. There is a lot of better options for movers in Oregon, so keep searching.
