The managers are liars. They tell you they don’t need you certain days so you leave and they say you walked off the job.Then you texted a friend who works their and he says yes they need people to work that day. I don’t know why they feel they can’t tell me what really is going on. The job itself is lifting 100 of pounds of glass out of a hot oven for 8 hours nasty

I have worked here for three and a half years. Honestly, the past 2 years have been a downward spiral culminating in the general and plant managers abandoning ship. For the last six months our new management has been focused on taking care of customers and employees instead of nickel and diming us to death to make the bottom line look good. Now we're hiring more people so we can complete all the work that customers are trying to give us.
