We recently purchased a 2024 Q4 at Audi Wilsonville and were very happy with the service we received. Hayden and Christian were super helpful answering all of our questions and were very supportive in making sure we found the right fit for us. I stopped into the dealership last weekend to see what cars were available. I was specifically looking for a fuel efficient car, and was greeted pleasantly by Sabrina. She was fantastic in determining what was available on the lot based on my needs, and her consistent & friendly follow up was exceptional. I didn't move forward purchasing a vehicle with her, but will certainly make sure to reach out to her again when I am looking for another whip! I'd highly recommend Sabrina to anyone I know.

From what I have seen it is rare when someone tells you it was a good experience buying a car. At Audi Wilsonville it was an outstanding experience. I purchased an Audi Q4 and I had a lot of questions since this was my first EV. I worked with Hayden Deuna during the entire sales process. He was very patient answering all of my questions and gave me information that I did not even know to ask. He is a good listener and he does not oversell. He has learned to under promise and over deliver. His after the sale follow up is also very good. Christian Yang, the finance manager, is another example of someone very good to deal with. He is very knowledgeable and efficient. He does not try to oversell you on protection plans. In fact, after listening to my driving habits, he only recommended one plan which was the least expensive and made perfect since to me. Another example of someone who does not try to oversell. I also want to mention one other person. Becca works in the service department and is usually the first person in service you will speak with. She is very cheerful and friendly. If you are in the market for a new or used car. I strongly recommend Audi Wilsonville. Rick
