        Unreliable. Unresponsive. Set up an appointment for Kelly to come out and look at a backyard landscaping project for me. I waited at home at the appointed time.... tick... tock... tic... tock... When it became clear that I was being ghosted I gave the office a call which went straight to voicemail (as it always does) and left a message wondering what is going on. No one ever returned my call. That was a week ago. I'm still waiting.
