        We had such a wonderful experience taking my daughters car in for an oil leak. What a breath of fresh air with the excellent customer service and quick turnaround time. They were very clear each step of the way and keeping us updated as we went. I highly recommend this company.

        These people told my sister her vw buss motor was blown and almost got her to put a new motor in it. I told her to let me pick it up and looked it, needless to say she has been driving it ever since. I Hate it when people try to take advantage of other people especially females.

        Had a friend recommend these guys to me quite a while back and wanted to try them out because they are located near by. Recently had a problem with our 2013 Ford Escape and they were able to get us in quickly and from the very start they were great at communicating things as we moved forward. Picked the car up and a long on going problem is now gone!!!!! As with anything mechanical I am aware that things can still go wrong but I already have confidence in Blueline to take care of us. Keep your money local!!!!

      Greg, Thank you for the review. I'll talk with the team to get more specifics on this particular van. None of our team is paid on sales or commission, so there's no incentive to take advantage of anyone. Generally speaking there's one of three reasons a engine would be recommended. 1. It has metal in the oil and the engine life is short. 2. The cost to fix multiple issues and engine replacement will be cheaper in the long run. 3. The engine had a catastrophic failure. Clients get upset if we tell them they need an engine and they're able to still drive the vehicle and get a few more months out of it, but clients are even more upset if we don't tell them that they will need an engine and their engine fails within a short amount of time. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.Long story short: I'm sorry that you felt my team would be dishonest in anyway and I would happy to refund your sister. We're not here to take advantage of anyone, whether you're male, female, old or young were here to serve our clients and community. Call me directly and I will make sure she's take care of.
