        Battery was shot after 2 years, and then I had to pay $70 for the new one with the warranty covering part of it. Pretty lame. Not the employees fault, theyre super nice! First Napa told me my battery was totally fine, it just needed to be charged. After that my battery was checked by AAA and my mechanic and they said it was dead. Ill never buy a battery from Napa again. Bad quality and bad policies.

        Brad, he works in the paint dept was amazing!!! He was right out there with us getting the battery back in. Very knowledgeable about which battery would be a good replacement. It's so wonderful to see friendly, courteous and knowledgeable help. Thank you so much Brad.
