        TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK. My Job Locksmith did some key work for me. I paid $295.50. For $55, they replaced the battery in my car key fob. The battery died in six weeks. I called to ask them to replace the battery and they refused, saying that it is not worth their time and I should go to AutoZone, where I can get the battery replaced for $5-10. That's terrible customer service. Also, they don't put their company name on the Invoice. They don't give out their address. I had to track them down and ask for the name of the company. The guy who answers the phone had to search for the name and I'm not entirely sure I have it. Bad. Very Bad!

        Homeless & disabled n been locked out of my car since last night n they won't come 5 mins down the street to help because I'm $15 short, it takes 60 seconds to unlock the car but the last $65to my name ain't good enough...
