I will never ever use this company again. I have America Home Shield and they referred mme to these inept, unprofessional company. Have phoned 3 times, keft voicemails no return calls. When i did get ahold of someone they informeme that they couldn't help me with a supervisor at all nut would have them contact me....i am still waiting for the supervisor. Horrible horrible companyif i could do a negative 5 star i would and it still would be to good of a rating. Do not use them.

I scheduled a service with them with American home shield.
They didn't reach back to me for scheduling and were completely unresponsive on email but I could connect with them over phone after leaving voicemails with them a handful of times. I would advise to call them instead of trying to use the dispatch email id provided.
There was confusion around scheduling since the very exact same day I was scheduled for, a different unit at my condo was also on their schedule.
Josh was the technician on-site and after finishing the work on one unit, he figured there was an error in the system and went back.
When I reached out to NW sundance since I didn't see a contractor until end of the day, they immediately reached to Josh. He was already on his way back but acknowledging the error he turned back despite being half an hour away and ensured the work got done. He was very professional and responsive. I'm glad he understood the situation and decided to come back instead of asking me to reschedule again. Ask for Josh if you have an option and you will not be disappointed :).

They approached me through my home warranty service (AHS) to provide fix for bathroom leakage. They quoted 10 days wait . When requested to considered early fix as was water leak , I got cold response work with AHS or cancel the order.

Absolutely unprofessional- during COVID didn’t even offer to take their shoes off at the door no covers or anything and unfortunately they are also associated with American Home Shield. The tech was disrespectful and I was completely disappointed with his lack of effort and work ethic. Would hardly look me in the eye when speaking to me and in general the company has been incredibly poor to work with.

Don is a legend , cam short notices late at in the afternoon , fixed sink and disposal . Friendly and fast would use again
