Company responded immediately to my request for an estimate. Tech was friendly and through. Gave me several options for fix and then never returned my phone calls to accept their bid. Not even a,”sorry we can’t fit you in our schedule, job is too big for us, etc….” Very disappointed, my husband had used them at his office and loved their professionalism and quick work. Greg came to my home, looked over the job and gave me a bid. I accepted the bid on the spot and Greg said the office would call in a couple days and schedule. A week later I called and was promised a call back to schedule in the next 24 hours. A week later I left a message, no call back.
If this is the sort of business you want to choose, good luck.
