Bayshore beach club

The heated pool is WONDERFUL!

We love this pool and have been swimming here for more than 5 years, every summer due to my sister OWNING a vacation home here. The staff is hostile in a bizarre way and the older full time residents of Bayshore can be rude and crabby to the kids in the pool. It’s so strange and unnecessary that guests are treated like they’ve done something wrong just for hanging out at the pool for the day. An older man working the first day we came yelled “I hope you don’t have any food or drinks in that bag” , as a lugged 4 beach towels, sunscreen, books and yes, one bottled water in a beach bag. The next day, an older woman working the front desk yelled at some very well behaved tweens “All y’all better not be running and jumping in the pool!” We spent four days swimming and each day I saw the staff periodically checking the names on the member cards as if we were all illegally swimming. Two families made the mistake of coming during member swim and we’re rudely turned away, kids crying and parents embarrassed for being chastised by a retired staff member. The behavior is bizarre and unwarranted and absolutely unacceptable.

A good place to go in Waldport, for many different items, not just your perscriptions.

My mother lives in Bayshore and the Bayshore club house is a nice place.
