Went there for an initial appointment to see the "psychiatrist" Phil Williams, fxck him.. Creep, judgemental know it all with God complex, coward prick, this guy didn't even ask me the normal ADHD questionnaire you're supposed to as a psychiatrist. I've had ADHD my whole life and was diagnosed when I was 8 years old been medicated for multiple years was referred there by another doctor as my doctor moved, upon walking in one of the first questions that I got from him was if I've ever been to prison or jail and he thought that the only problem that I apparently thought I had was that I have ADHD and I explained to him well that's what I'm here to see you for that's what I was referred to you for and he was incredibly rude I asked him if he had ADHD after he was really rude with me because he was acting like you do everything about me without actually asking me any questions or having me fill out any ADHD test forms like all other doctors do this guy who clearly didn't do his job and judged me right away I would never go to this place they're absolute unprofessional stuck up rude staff the front desk people are nice but yeah I would never go there to see Dr. Williams, fake doctor, should have his license is taken away and his ability to practice should be cut off this guy is out to hurt people not help people scumbag

Dr. Alcott was my primary doctor for several years. He misdiagnosed an arterial abdominal aneurysm and called my symptoms mere back pain. I waited for nearly a week in excruciating pain before finally admitting myself to the Riverbend Emergency facility. I had nearly 15 hours of surgery..and 4 stints. Dr Alcott is not fit to practice health care and I am still considering a civil law suit. If it were possible, I would give him 0 stars. I came very very close to death and went through Hell because of his incompetence. Beware of Applegate Medical , especially Alcott.

I started working for Applegate in mid April as the Referral & Medical Records Coordinator. I was ecstatic because the staff seemed caring & cheerful. My training for referral coordinator was 3 days. I had no training for their medical records. So I was thrown to the wolves from the start. Wait times for patients can be up to 2-3 hours. If you work here be prepared to be yelled at by patients, the doctor changing his schedule the day of & the manager micromanaging your work. Mind you I have 26 years of healthcare experience in both clinical & non-clinical settings. I didnt get fired, I QUIT. My mental health is way more important than the stress that they put you through. I wouldnt recommend this office for anyone, wether you are a patient or an employee. Stay far away from this place.
