My husband and I just recently returned from an AMAZING and PERFECT, 15 day, 3 island, 40th wedding anniversary celebration in Hawaii. We began planning our trip without any help, and soon became overwhelmed and frustrated. After researching a number of travel agencies we decided to contact Shelly Pawson at Bridgeport Travel. It didn't take long for Shelly to visualize what our "perfect " vacation would look like! She provided us with everything we wanted in regards to airline flights, resorts and excursions. Shelly took care of all the reservations, transportation and even surprised us with some anniversary "treats" during our trip. I can't say enough about Shelly and the services she provided. All the resorts she chose for us were breathtaking and her itinerary included exciting excursions, shopping and relaxing beach time. SHE TOOK CARE OF EVERY REQUEST! We can't imagine planning any of our future vacations without Shelly's expertise and guidance and highly recommend Shelly to create your dream vacation. CAN'T THANK YOU ENOUGH SHELLY !

When I had a concern about wheelchair service, etc. at airports, Shelly responded immediately. She wanted to make sure I was taken care of. I would totally use Bridgeport Travel in the future.

I worked with Shelly for an Alaskan cruise and a trip to Dominican Republic. She was very professional and knowledgeable about everything making the process super easy. She was even able to match the cheaper rate I was able to find online for one of the trips. She kept in touch throughout and made sure everything was taken care of. It was great to not worry about the whole planning process which can be a headache. I highly recommend her and would definitely use Bridgeport travels for future trips.

Shelly worked with my wife and I for over a year planning our destination wedding on Oahu. Shelly’s customer service was amazing! She was available, responded to emails, texts and phone calls promptly, very friendly and easy to talk with and assisted us and our 31 guests throughout our entire trip making sure everything went well. We really appreciated this exceptional service and help because while she was working with our guests, we were able to work on planning our wedding. Shelly went well beyond our expectations.
