My mom was looking to move closer to us, and she decided to move in a white hot market, where houses are getting multiple offers well above listing price. I ran into Ethan Frelly by sheer luck, and I was immediately impressed with how knowledgeable he was, but also how amazingly customer-focused. My mom's budget was at the lower end of what the market is demanding, but Ethan blended giving us the information we needed, but in a gentle and supportive way---and from the beginning he said he works with all budgets, and never once made us feel like our budget wasn't worth his time---quite the opposite! Somehow he blends a strategic, bulldog approach on the realtor-to-realtor side when it comes to getting us the details we need to be competitive, but on the customer/buyer side, he has a supportive, soothing approach, really helping to remove the stresses and fears that come with home-buying in any market, much less a white hot market. Another plus is that he helped us make educated, informed, strong offers, but he was careful not to "throw our money away"---advising going for over the moon offers just to ensure it beat out the 10+ offers that so many properties are getting. My mom was worried she wouldn't find a house she liked in her price range, and prior to Ethan, she had started exploring properties that were a big step down from her current house...because she had given up on finding a "great house". Ethan's focus wasn't the easy purchase, it was helping her find the RIGHT house. He gently worked with her to help her target the RIGHT home, not the easy home to get, and the result was, she found a home WAY nicer than she was originally targeting--thanks to Ethan truly looking out for her interests! And even better, he helped us draft an offer that had a great home, but still was financially realistic for my mom. If it weren't for Ethan, she probably would have made an offer on a much lesser house. We genuinely felt he gave us the same amazing level of service he would have to one of his favorite family members. Instead, she found her dream home with her pie in the sky target of a secret garden, a great kitchen, a great layout, and a great neighborhood! She closed last week. While my mom's budget was probably well-under other active buyers that Ethan was working with, he always was amazingly fast on communications and taking action. He also goes the extra step to really get a feel for if something could be viable or not (and yet was always willing to still put in an offer even if it seemed like ours might not be viable!) I can guarantee you she 99% would not have been able to successfully purchase her dream house with another realtor and company, unless it was Ethan and Beltran Property Group's clone. If you are looking for a realtor who blends strategy, deep industry expertise, kid-glove attentiveness with an uncanny ability to make a scary process exciting and comforting instead, then Ethan is the realtor you've always hoped to find, but didn't know existed. Thank you Ethan, you not only saved my mom from buying a house she wouldn't have been happy with, you helped her find her dream home...and it is 100% because of you!

They posted our home with a true market value, along with professional pictures which highlighted our home's charm. Within hours, our home was visited by prospective buyers and by morning, we received several offers.
