I bought a Kershaw pocket knife at Bass Pro Shop on March 31, 2021 and less then 4 months later in July, I pulled it out of my pocket and opened it and it felt funny. And then I saw why when the locking tab fell off. I contacted KAI customer service and they wanted me to send the knife back to them and pay them $7.00 to have a knife shipped back to me. Really, for a knife I paid $20.00 for and lasted less then 4 months and they want me to spend money to get a replacement. This is a Lifetime Warranty? So the next thing they offered was 50% off of a knife I purchased from them. So I looked on their website and the knife I purchased from Bass Pro for $20.00 was listed for $35.00. So you are going to give me a discount? Again why should I have to pay to receive the same knife that lasted less then 4 months. NO THANKS! I have bought many knives in my lifetime and have never had one fail so quickly. I won't buy another Kershaw knife, if this is how they stand behind their product!

Great knives, great service. Living 15 minutes from Kershaw's HQ is nice, but walking in and having your blade replaced in under 15 minutes for $10.00 is even nicer. Great product, staff, and service. I'll buy these knives forever.

I sent in one of my knifes to be repaired because the blade was broken. When i spoke with them over the phone they said that they would replace the blade and send it back. It took 3 months to get the knife back, when i opened the package i could notice the knife looks completely different (shorter and stocky )so i took my other knife exactly the same one ( i have 3 the same ones ) and compared them to each other. The knife they just send me was 0.5inch shorter! Instead of replacing the blade like they originally said they just took of 0.5inch of the knife making it totally different design! When i called the customer service they said that no one told them to replace the blade and also that i did not pay 30usd fee which i didn't know i have to pay coz no one informed me about it. and i wouldn't have any problem with paying it. Its common sense when u send it a broken blade you should replace it. I am extremely disappointed in this company and their customer service. Instead of fixing my knife they totally destroyed it!
