Ukaia has done less than the bare minimum for our family throughout our time with Country. When we first signed on with Country, our rep was amazing but then he left the company, leaving us without representation for months. We weren't given any notice and didn't receive a response from Country for over a month. Ukaia ended up being our next agent and he has really struggled with communication which is a crucial part of being an insurance agent. He isn't able to respond to basic questions in a timely manner unless he is regularly reminded (we're still waiting for questions we emailed and called about a week ago), he fails to "reply all" to both myself and my husband on emails even when we've repeatedly asked him to do so in hopes of streamlining communication, and he doesn't follow up with processes. When our plan was renewed, we asked for our teacher discount to continue which never happened. I wish he would have cared enough to reach out about any of our issues with Country but he hasn't. I honestly don't know what he does all day, but it's not his job.

Ukaia is an incredible insurance agent. He genuinely cares about his clients and takes the time to make sure they have the appropriate coverage without being pushy or sales-y. Hes an amazing communicator and is always available by phone, text, or email. Ukaia quickly remedies any issues that crop up and advocates for his clients needs.
