I ordered a dumpster online on Wednesday to be delivered on Monday and received a confirmation number and they immediately took the $363 out of my bank account. I called the toll free number to see if they could give me a time frame on the delivery and no one answered. I left a voicemail. Next day, no return phone call so I called them throughout the day and no one ever answered my phone call. I left another message. Called all day Friday again, no one answered the phone again. Called again Monday morning, left another message. Called back again and finally got a live person. He said he had no information and a manager would call me back. The manager did call me back to tell me that they could not fulfill my order. That NO DUMPSTER WOULD BE DELIVERED... I had guys at the job site with no dumpster coming!!!!! I ordered the dumpster SIX DAYS in advance, got charged for it and had to call them myself to find out a dumpster was never coming... Still do not have the $363 back in my account yet either!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! DO NOT USE THEM! They are NOT RELIABLE...
