As soon as you pick up they hang up. They call at least 3 times a day and before 8am. IT IS FEDERAL LAW THAT YOU CANNOT CALL BEFORE 8AM!!!!! I am reporting to the better business bureau because they clearly cant follow the law or take "wrong number" as a serious answer but then when you yell at them they act surprised and say "you could have just told us it was the wrong number" OBVIOUSLY NOT BECAUSE YOU DONT LISTEN!!!! IM REPORTING YOU IMMEDIATELY!!! Oh and I'm ALSO reporting your workers for submitting fake reviews!!!!!

Their agents were kind and professional UNTIL I needed a confirmation email to state that an account had been paid in full. When the account was paid, I was promised a confirmation email within the hour so when it had not arrived 2 hours later I called back and was told it would not be sent until the Credit Card cleared. While annoyed that the expectations that they themselves had set we’re not followed through on, I understood the logistics of the situation. Payment clears, great! I call in the next business day after that to request the email once again (this is all we are waiting for on a loan so the matter is time sensitive). I was told it would be 24-48 hours so I requested an escalation and then was guaranteed it within an hour, yet again. At the time of this review, (and being in a people facing business I NEVER leave poor reviews, so well done on breaking that streak you guys 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼) , 10 hours AFTER I should have received this email, according to their latest promise, I try to contact them, and though it is within their stated hours of operation, I wait on hold only to be hung up on by either them or their system. This is an incredibly unprofessional way to do business. I encourage any companies considering which collection agency to partner with, please walk away from Diversified Consultants. Their commitment to keeping their word is next to nothing and that should be a huge red flag when considering who to go into business with.
