I can't speak for their actual work, but I can speak to how great Alfredo is. A water pipe burst in our electrical room over the weekend and Alfredo came out first thing Monday morning to assess the damage. He was honest and knowledgeable! We really appreciate it.

Restoration 1 came highly recommended from Happy's Plumbing and I can see why! I had an unidentified water leak that poured water into the floor below the bathroom, through a light fixture. Alfredo came and did a free inspection and found that I had already addressed the problem and that I managed to dry out the area. He also gave a couple of unrelated caulking suggestions to watch. I didn't need to do any repair work! Plus he was very friendly and kind, a fantastic human being. Restoration 1 doesn't up sell or scam homeowners. They truly care about our community! This company was recommended by the plumbing company I hired to fix a water leak in my crawlspace. They did not complete the contract as signed and discussions with them to solve problems were not productive. After several times, I just gave up. They left a mess including standing water and trash in the crawlspace. I just gave up and took photos just to remind me not to use this company. Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Sharing my unpleasant true story with restoration1: 1. THEIR SALESMENS WORDS MEANS NOTHING. Dont be surprised that their technicians will give u a much more complicated project which is totally different from what the salesmen first told you. When you asked, technician will just say that salesmen knows nothing. 2. ALL THE PAPERWORK THEY ASKED YOU TO SIGN, READ CAREFULLY AND KEEP COPIES. Dont just sign the documents when their guys told you, oh this is just some blablabla. Their explanation means nothing because in the documents you were asked to sign, it states that no verbal arrangements will be considered bindings. Sneaky right? They will use this term to against you when you asked them why something is different from their worker told you before. 3. THEIR BILL IS FULL OF SCAMS, BE VERY CAREFUL. For dehumidifier setup, I was told that in the phone, price is 75 per machine per day. First bill received, they want to bill me for dehumidifier 128 per machine per day. Second bill received, since I called to questioning the bill, same item adjust to 85 per machine per day. Third bill received, this is because I have made several calls to discuss the bill and grab the paperwork I signed where listed the true price, same item adjust to 75 per machine per day. That is only a price of dehumidifier. They also trying to bill me for emergency service call, which I have not been notified that 5pm on my house setting up dehumidifier count as emergency. They also did not mentioned that price for that is 305 per hour. After all these unpleasant experience, I decided not to go with them and paid my bill of 700+ for having two dehumidifiers running in my house for around 24 hrs. That is my story with this company. Im pretty sure other nice review will probably bring their score to a wow this company sounds reliable level, but please stay calm and reconsider your choice before you dial their number and have them in your house.
